Looks like it's improved to the point where it might be usable. It's used in the construction of asp.net mvc.  I noticed that Steve Sanderson posted a blog regarding scaffolding in asp.net mvc where the code was obviously using MsTest.

Work is more fun when the things you create mostly works. When fixing bugs, the probability of introducing new bugs is reduced.
