Here is a guess:

Even though it says 'AnyCPU' at the top menu of VS, the config for that project is still x86. Click the triangle next to the platform selector in the VS menu to bring up the dropdown, click 'Configuration Manager...' and then see if the 'AnyCPU' profile has remapped the platform for that particular project.

Hi, did you install the FSharp PowerPack? AFAIK, it doesn't come with VS2010.
