I'm not sure I can give a good answer (someone here probably can) but I can ask a follow-up question -- when you say "a visualization of the physics/math involved", do you mean:

(1) Plots of functions
(2) Formatted equations
(3) Moving animantions of physical entities

There is likely a good choice for each of these, but I doubt anything that covers all of them.

There are some F# resources out these (try [link:www.ffconsultancy.com]) but as f# can use any .Net libriary, there are probably plenty of solutions out there.
