GetLastInputInfo is a function. You need to call it with an argument of type LASTINPUTINFO.
how does that in/out parameter work though ? Needs to pass in a 'ref' of something ?

It's working but the returned value t is something like "Keyboard.t@41-1" or "Keyboard.t@35" of type "Microsoft.FSharp.Core.FSharpFunc<User32.Api.LASTINPUTINFO,bool>" and I've no idea how to handle it.
