The answer to the first question is that it's possible but it's not straight forward. You basically have to load the script compile it to an assembly then dynamically load the assembly.

Fake does something similar, so you might want to take a look at there implementation:

For the second question, I think Don told me about a new way to get "what the compiler" for an assembly. I think this might be the new Fsharp.PowerPack.MetaData. Again works with an assembly rather than a script, which is annoying but workable. See:
