Thanks for the bug report, and for the suggestion of a workaround (we're now tracking this as bug 5689).

The #nowarn will disable the error for a single code file, so e.g. in a larger project I would put such interop code in its own separate file (e.g. Interop.fs) and then disable the warning just in that file. It is rare to use the prefix-&& operator, this is one of few places.
