If you are totally new to F# then I would recommend that you download it for Visual Studio, and follow one, or more, of the video tutorials mentioned in this thread

I think the F# Wiki Book provides an excellent, in depth, tutorial in F# programming.

The three books on F# - Pickering "Foundations of F#", Syme, et al, "Expert F#", and Harrop "F# for Scientists" are all very good. They are somewhat out of date, because of the rapid development of F#, (Syme is the most recent) but you can still get plenty of useful information from them. There are several new books in the pipeline - by Tomas Petricek; Don Syme, et al; and Chris Smith.

Hi Javaman, you are really give the good F# tutorial doubts for everyone. Your work is really amazing to clarify my doubts. It is the perfect place in this forum to find out everything better. I am eagerly want many books for the tutorials in the future. I want to get some update in the knowledge.
