Along the lines of brianmcn, I wonder if the change from toy to real interface works in the original C# code.
I don't think you can pass functions or delegates via WCF.

I was running through the WCF tutorial: [link:msdn.microsoft.com].
I transcribed the C# code into F# and everything was working fine. Then, I tried to change the toy interface into something that I need:
