Does anybody know whether the language itself has changed since the September 2008 CTP? How about the standard library? Thanks

Yes and yes. Details to come in the next 24 hours or so.

There's no code outlining. It's so sad.

Needing code outlining is a code smell :p

Come on. There are things important (like fixing bugs in the

compiler and the VS integration or ironing out issues in the language definition and the library), and things that are less important

(like code outlining or refactoring support). Before starting to complain, I'd at least wait for the official announcement. I, for one, am extremely happy to see F# finally becoming part of Visual Studio, no matter whether with or without code outlining or visual designers.
