Are there any known issues with F# not being able to find references to assemblies, or am I just doing something wrong? I tend to think the latter.

I have a solution with an F# project, a C# UserControl project, and a WinForm project to test the UserControl. The F# project references the UserControl and several other 3rd party assemblies.

About a quarter of the time I try to rebuild the solution it fails with an error that it cannot find the dll for the UserControl and a quarter of the time it fails saying that a namespace defined in the 3rd party assemblies cannot be found. If I immediatly hit rebuild again without changing anything, it builds just fine, although it will often still show the dreaded red underline squigglies. Shutting down and reopening VS fixes the squigglies.

I'm a rank newbie with F# and I'm not sure what code I could post, if any, that would help diagnose the problem. Below is a snippet from the module where the errors occur. The Autodesk namespace is defined in the referenced assemblies from..Autodesk. The BOMUserControl is the UserControl that I built.
