Ideally if you can send a single source code file or snippet that reproduces the problem, that's great, but if you zip up a whole project and describe what happened we'll take that too.
Ok, I will. I think it also would be nice to create a bug tracking list (like codeplex has) to prevent multiply submission of similar issues.
And my experience is that the bugs get quick attention - it's not like you're feeding some vast queue that will be addressed in six months time.
