The template is missing, but nothing else is special. Just create an app.config (can create from e.g. a C# project, and then copy it to F# directory, and then 'add existing item' to the project) and it should work fine (same as you'd expect).

I'm trying to add logging(log4net) to a project I'm building and want to set up the config files. I was surprised when I did an Add on the project from within VS and there was no template to install a config file. Is there a reason it's not there or is this just not yet done - wait for VS2010.
What's the right place to put one? Any specific things that need to be done?
