I don't know such library for .net, so i'm send results of computations to my Groovy/Java VisAD based viewer.

hi, guys
i am working on the StiLib project which need this kind of library as cornerstones. but i am quite confused about few libs i googled :
1. F# PowerPack is the one come to my mind first ,but it is quite basic lacking lots of common usage functionalities, and i don't kown how it will be in the future, will it be open-sourced and constantly developed as a basic standard library offering more math and/or graphing?
2. then , i found FShape.MathTools in the codeplex, and it seems the future replacement of PowerPack ,but still in early development stage
3. and the dnAnalytics, it is more muture and seem to collaberate to FShape.MathTools, is there a indeed similar plans ?
4 and others like Math.Net, dotNum and Npack ...
I don't kown which one to choice , and definitelly want a relatively muture, constantly updated math library to count on !
PS : why there isn't a callaberated open-source project dedicated to a scientific library since there is more interest doing such work on .NET like SciPy / NumPy or matplotlib ?
any way, if you have some experience , advise me, thanks in advance!
