This is a known request #1041.

I've linked to this post in the bug.

In the meantime, there is an unsupported work around. You can use corflags to flip the 32/64/neutral bit on fsi to 64 bit (e.g. copy to fsi64.exe).

IIRC, it is unsupported since fsi.exe links to 32 bit code for writing PDB information.
