Hi,
in F#, you don't need to change the 'target'. You just need to reference all .NET 3.5 libraries that you want to use. If you're using F# CTP then you can just click "Add Reference" and select System.Core.dll, System.Xml.dll and System.Xml.Linq.dll... that should be enough to get Linq to XML working in F#!

Thanks Tomas. I opened a new project after installing the new CTP and I see the "add references" option now
