Method Directory.CreateDirectory takes String and returns DirectoryInfo.
To make it works you need to change one line:
Directory.CreateDirectory (destDir + d) |> ignore

Hello I wonder if anyone could explain to me why I get a warning for the following code:
let CreateDirectory d =
printfn "creating directory %s" d
Directory.CreateDirectory (destDir + d) //warning FS0020
() //this function has to return unit in order to be used with Array.iter
//Create the directories
Array.iter CreateDirectory dirs
The line Directory.CreateDirectory gives me a warning FS0020: This expression should have type 'unit', but has type 'DirectoryInfo'.
Why is this and does it matter?
Is there an alternative, more correct way to write this code?
