WebSharper.ChartJS is the barebones binding for ChartJS so it feels rather imperative to use. WebSharper.Charting tries to provide a more convenient interface for creating static and live-charts. Using the original binding gives you a bit more power over what you can do with it but Charting should be much easier to use when you don't need to really fine-tune your charts, you just want to show some data. Charting uses ChartJS for rendering.

WebSharper.Google.Visualization is also just a binding.
