Hi,
the first thing to check is whether the version number in the "type" attribute of the "compiler" node in web.config matches with the installed verson of F#. The error message says that it cannot find type with version 1.9.2.9, but if you're using the latest F# version, then you have 1.9.6.2.

I'm sure that some ASP.NET samples will be available eventually :-) though it is quite difficult to fully support ASP.NET in F#, so we'll see whether it will be officially in F# distribution or just some CodePlex project with samples (I think the second option is more realistic).

Let me know whether this helps!

Yes, Thankyou. I have my first page in f# up and running. I changed the name of the version and I have a script up and running. A celebration! I am going to play around with it a little to see what sort of changes I can make. This is really cutting edge stuff. The web crawler is worth looking at also. It has a tendency to go a little nuts however, lol. It is alot cooler then applets, and with f# being functional it could have alot more potential.

Live Long and Prosper
