) is always good, but this works too.
#1 is a known issue.
#2 sounds like a bug we're unaware of; I'll file a bug in our database.

I don't know if this is the right place to post this. If it's not, please correct me.
The Visual Studio Integration of the F# CTP is much better than the previous. Nice work.
There are two things that aren't workin correctly like in the other languages, though.
1) Enabling or disabling the the Show All Files button in the solution explorer doesn't have any effect. That means that you can not use the "Include In Project" context menu which is very handy.
2) The build actions are restricted to the built-in None, Compile, Content, EmbeddedResource, ApplicationDefinition, Page & Resource. If you add items to the AvailableItemName item group in an imported msbuild file, these items do not automatically appear in the Build Action property drop-down, like happens in C# and Visual Basic. That means that you always have to edit the .fsproj manually for chaning the build action, which forces Visual Studio to reload the project.
I would be really nice if these two things were fixed.
