We effectively deprecated the ability to make namespace aliases in the CTP release. We'll be looking at adding "namespace XYZ = ..." in a future release.
Our recommendation would be to use type and module aliases only until namespace aliases make an appearance "properly". For example give aliases for the particular types and modules you use from a namespace.

I get the following message:
warning FS0191: This module abbreviation abbreviates the namespace 'Microsoft.Office.xxx'. This is deprecated and ignored: module abbreviations may now only abbreviate modules.
for this code:
module xxxalias = Microsoft.Office.xxx
So how do I do this for a namespace? My book, Foundations of F# only seems to site this as a way to do namespace aliases.
