Sorry, if this is an "old" question, but are there any plans to remove the restriction of mutually recursive types to have to be defined within the same file using "and"?

I am a strong proponent of the "one class per file" idea, even though the F#-classes have a tendency towards being much shorter than their C#-counterparts.
Although it is generally preferable to have dependencies between classes only in one direction, mutual dependencies can not be guaranteed to be avoidable.
(And yes, my Background is mainly object oriented still.)

I am aware that this would imply the need of possibly mutually dependent files and, in particular, a lift of the "Expressions in a file can only refer to definitions of files 'above' the current file" restriction, which I would happily add to the cart.

What are the status/plans on this? These restrictions seem intentional although I always have, based on the considerations above, seen them as some kind of language maturity problem instead of wishable language concepts.
