Well you should know that F# is based largely on ocaml so you can head on over [link:caml.inria.fr] where there are lots of resources. Also, you can look at some Haskell books and tutorials which are available online. Also, there's the SICP book from MIT which is in scheme but and has a lot to say about how to program in functional languages. Hope this helps.
