Another option, especially if a computation is running in FSI when you want to copy, is to use CTRL+Insert to copy.

The CTRL/SHIFT+Insert combo is a lesser known alternative to CTRL+C/V, respectively. Doing so will also prevent any currently running computation from being interrupted.

This is fixed and will be in the next release.

Copy, Paste, Undo and Delete willl work via the standard keys - and the interrupt key binding has changed to Ctrl-Break (and Ctrl-fullstop for when there is no break key).

Although cltr-c means interrupt in the F# interactive console hosted in visual studio, so you get the red "-Interrupt" output, it also means copy too, so your text should still be copied to the clickboard. I say "should" because for me this seems to work about 90% of the time, I'm sure the visual studio team are currtently working away to get this to 100% :)

If you're not hosting in visual studio and using the console directly text is copied by pressing "enter". You may need to select "Edit" > "Mark" to enable you to highlight text.

Cheers,
Rob
