If you are looking for general advice on how parsing and EBNF grammars work, you may want to look at some more general sites (rather than a language-specific site such as this). Googling for 'EBNF grammar' is a good place to start. For example, a good (but very limited) introduction is at [link:www.garshol.priv.no]. There are more links at the bottom of that page you may want to refer to.

There's a nice sample of parsing distributed with with F# in "samples\fsharp\Parsing", this is probably the best place to start.

As I said earlier I am new to these things and even I don’t have the resources that you mentioned. So would you mind guys help me now on this particular case? Even how to find the thing mensioned in the first replay.

I'm a bit confused. The resource that Robert posted for you to look at is part of the F# distribution. Here's the full path on my machine:

C:\Program Files (x86)\FSharp-1.9.3.14\samples\fsharp\Parsing

You should have that resource if you are indeed working with F#.
