Hi all,

I discovered the very exciting LINQ project last night, but I am at a loss as to how to get going with it.I have trawled the blog entires by Don Syme and Robert Pickering but both of these entires are too high level for my issues of just getting going.

So far as I can tell, since LINQ is still a preview, it is not part of the default name spaces, which is causing me problems with trying to get going. It seems that every time I run my project I get errors. So this what I have tried: In my project, I have set put together a really simple example of LINQ in action

</code> Now everything seems to be happy when I am writing this, the IDE does auto completion for System.Query and everything <b> looks </b> fine. But, when I try to actually run the code, it complies and executes, but gives me a runtime error "Could not load file or assembly 'System.Query, Version=1.0.2319.19041". I cannot work out how to get around this. While I am at it, I have two other questions to do with the code (I assumed that once it was going I could figure them out, but maybe this is the problem! <OL> <li> What is the "#" operator doing? (:#seq<_>)</LI> <li> What is the meaning of the < ... > bracketing? It looks like some import from .Net but I don't understand it. </LI> </OL> Any help on any of these issues would be fantastic!
