Considering the fact that we have F# on the server-side we haven't put much tought into using Node.js with WebSharper. A major part of the client-side library consists of UI building tools and libraries. A compiled library could probably be called from Node, but obviously just a smaller part of the entire thing would work. You should be able to work with arrays, seqs and most part of the stdlib but a big part of client-side WebSharper just doesn't make much sense in the Node world.
