The whole idea behind UI.Next is dynamic UI so I'm not exactly sure what you mean by your question. If you check out the demo on WebSharper's home page then you can see something exactly like that. You type in something, you press a button and it gets added to the document dynamically. Obviously this can work the same way with much more complex UIs.
