Just use WebSharper 3, the RC is just about to hit the site. The 2.x line is in no way better, and it comes with the dual-licensed baggage.

worked out the Alert bit...

Where's Formlet.Main?

(It really isnt clear what the examples are dependent on, it would seem 3.0?.....)

ok...so if I wrestle with these namespaces, then I can get them to ALMOST do something....so do the examples require 3.0? If so that seems a little odd, I want to use 2.5, I dont want to start using unfinished tools.

the last 2 bits that dont compile are JS.Alert...ok well I've guessed JS is IntelliFactory.JavaScript but Alert is still unknown

I the compiler still doesnt know what formlet.Main is

Yes indeed, the samples have already been converted to WebSharper 3.0, which will be released as stable very soon.

JS is actually IntelliFactory.WebSharper.JavaScript. You never need to use IntelliFactory.JavaScript, it contains the WebSharper compiler's internal representation of the JavaScript language.

Formlet.Main in the sample is just the Main function from the module Formlet defined just above.
