Hi Simon,

Let me give a brief explanation of what happened. First, FPish stores no local passwords (apart from those belonging to a few seed users) - users log in using their Gmail or Twitter, etc. accounts. There is never any fear of assuming someone's identity as long as these login providers are mapped to the correct FPish username.

Now, as it happens, a handful of duplicate usernames were created on our import from HubFS, colliding with those we manually created earlier when we started adding past events and talks for various F# community groups. Yours was one of these handful (five altogether) accounts.

What we did just now was manually overriding these colliding usernames to make sure that they are unique and ensuring that new users are given unique initial usernames (which was always the case).

Sorry for the confusion and inconvenience, and thanks for reporting it promptly!
Adam.
