Array: Adding elements of different types?

Hi!

I'm wondering it it's possible to do something similar to this? Basically adding different types to an array of bytes.

Would it be possible to do without manually converting each and every type to byte(s)?

No, since with variable element lengths this is no longer a random-access array, e.g. how do you find Nth element knowing that elements vary in length? Try manual serialization with BinaryWriter.

How are you expecting each value to be converted to byte? For example, what happens to 8080? Is it truncated, or encoded somehow?
