Would re-introducing Global.asax be a problem? This seems OK to me. Would you prefer it to be retained in the template?

If I could I'd just get rid of the C# project altogether, but since I can't I don't mind living with the global.asax anyway.
I'm not using the templating either, one of the numerous reasons I like WebSharper is that I can get rid of markup altogether. I never got to be comfortable with it, learning markup is extremely hard to me... I have an easier time grasping something if I can understand the reasons behind it while markup will always seem to me like arbitrary tags.

Hello,
I have a site built using the sitelets template with the empty C# project. Since there's no global.asax I was wondering if there was any other place I should be putting application wide start and dispose stuff that I would normally put in application_start?
