Hi Mike,
The truth is somewhere in between. Foundations of F# is scheduled to finish it first printing run this Friday (25th May). After that it should take between 5-10 days to be shipped to Amazon (all other on-line stores) and then on to the pre-orders customers.
There were a few delays in the in the final stages of the book, so unfortunatly the schedule slipped a bit, this is probably the source of the confusion.
I will be posting a notice to my blog, both here and on strangelights.com, as soon as I recieve my copies, probably with photographic evendance that exists!

It was listed as delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. (i.e. not in stock).
APress now list it as published.
Does anybody here have an estimate of when this will actually be in stock?
(Past experience has taught me not to buy until all items for the order are really in stock.)
