In fact, you may bypass using Array.map and create your array with Array2.init by passing it iterator able to convert value from bitmap by it's coordinates to float

Actually, I'm doing some experiment on image processing and it needs matrix operations,
so I begin with read from Bitmap by NativePtr, put it into Array2.The problem is it's int array
but the Matrix.of_array2 takes float type.
My current solution is :
let m = Array2.map (fun x -> (float x)) map |> Matrix.of_array2
but is there any better - painless ways to do this?
