With the command-line version of fsi.exe, you can still use 'tab'.

With VFSI inside Visual Studio, you can do Ctrl-Space (just as in a normal VS editor buffer) to get intellisense.

In fsi outside VS, it does work, yes, but not inside VS : Ctrl-Space just doesn't do anything for me. Might it be because I had VSlab installed beforehand ? Does it work for others ?

Right, TAB support for this window was not included in CTP.

On the whole the model we encourage when using the CTP is that you type into a script file, and use Alt-Enter. That gives good intellisense, and background typechecking, and lets you keep a record of your work and/or iterate to a completed script.

Thanks

V1:
[I think TABs are evil! Even if you are going to add support for tab, default mode must prevent us from using tabs!]

V2:
I really apologize for being so hasty and careless! Tab in intellisense is a very useful tool. I thought it was about using tab character (\t) in F# code itself.
I apologize again, it was just my hatred for tabs!

Note Ctrl-space has never been enabled in this window

Yes, oops, disregard my prior comment, I was wrong.
