If I try to delete the offending folder using explorer, I get the message "Cannot remove folder ... It is being used by another person or program." I can only delete the folder by closing out of Visual Studio. The error appears to be the result of a Directory.Move command. Is there a way to clear any resources associated with the command whether it completes or not?

Is it possible that an object is left open in your interactive session? See if #quit;; also solves the problem.
