So you are saying that under "File\New Project..." there is no F# node with project templates?
Do you have these files on disk?

After installing F# 1.9.6.2 from here (with the msi-installer) there wasn't made any folder "FSharp" in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Common7\IDE\ProjectTemplates\. Should i have installed anything else?
No, just the MSI. Do you have full version of VS (e.g. not Visual C# Express)?
Try uninstalling and reinstalling F#?
My VS version is

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling F# several times, i also reinstalled the components VB and C# then i reinstalled F# again an so on...don't know
The third and last try with uninstalling and reinstalling F# was successful - now it works fine.

Hello everybody,
i have a problem with integrating the latest F#-Release in VS 2008. F# Interactive is working, i can open an .fsx file but unfortunately there is no item for creating a new project in the menu! What can i do? I hope there is somebody out there who has had a similar problem and could help me. I am not that familiar with f# yet to be able solving the problem so i am very desperate about how getting on.
