Visual Studio Project Dependencies and References

I'm probably mistaken, but in a VS 2010 solution with F# projects I must select another project in the solution as a dependency and add it as a reference. I was expecting it to be a reference when I made it a project dependency. I would love to see some new features to references in F# projects and probably VS in general:

1) The ability to copy (ctrl+c or drag & drop) a reference from one project to the next.

2) When creating/updating a project reference, the ability to include its references automatically (transitive dependencies).

3) The ability to select different scopes for the references such as: needed for compile, only needed for runtime.

I'm not sure what you are asking here. To me, it seems like a VS request, not specifically F#. Is there something you can do already in VS, with C# or VB, that you can't do in F#?

I just add the DLL's as reference, and use ^Shift-B to rebuild the whole project. Maybe there should be a better way, but this seems to work. (caveat: I've only done this during development, with ...\bin\debug dll's. I might find this too kludgy for a deployed project)
