It is just a registry/installer issue; I have not tried this workaround to confirm the fix, but if you are comfortable modifying your system registry, try to rename the following key:
Software\Microsoft\VisualStudio\9.0\AD7Metrics\ExpressionEvaluator\{AB4F38C9-B6E6-43ba-BE3B-58080B2CCCE3}
to something like
Software\Microsoft\VisualStudio\9.0\AD7Metrics\ExpressionEvaluator\{AB4F38C9-B6E6-43ba-BE3B-58080B2CCCE3}_unused
and we think this should fix conditional breakpoints on the latest VS2008 CTP.
The next CTP release should have the right registry settings so this 'just works' out of the box hopefully.

Is there any plan to support conditional breakpoints in F#? Every once in a while, conditional breakpoints are handy. (and usually, I forget and try to add them.)
I'm using VS2008, and I haven't used 2010beta in a while.
