Hi,

I just posted an announcement on these forums, [link:cs.hubfs.net], for two projects, one of which, FsEye, is a realization of your 3rd proposition. However, from my original research, Visual Studio does not expose a public API for its debug visualizers, so I did have to reinvent the wheel (and add some extra, nice features in there while I was at it).

Thanks Stephen.

FsEye looks good. I just made something small for myself that just threw the names of the currently exposed variables into a DataGrid and displayed it, this is much better! Thanks!

I also like the ability to call and display properties methods by just clicking on them. I was doing this through a separate method myself to inspect objects (it can be dangerous when the method has a side effects though :) ).
