I want to do the backup and if there is any exception,

return the error message as a text string.

However, I got the compiler error:

Error 1 Unexpected symbol '<-' in pattern matching.

Expected '->' or other token. C:\Temp\BackupRestore\Program.fs 88 49

As there is no code example for handing such exception for

F#. I do need someone provides some code

example for the above exception handling.

You need to use this:

        SmoException as smoE

instead of

        smoE: SmoException

on this line
