The F# community has been an active and now rapidly growing community.  hubFS is pleased to be a part of that community since 2006.  Along the way, we’ve been able to work with many people to provide a place to discuss F#.  Today, we want to announce steps to improve our ability to participate in the community.

FPish is a new community site that focuses on Functional Programming.  There are clear synergies in focusing on FP in many forms and the FPish team has built this site to leverage the needs of the community.  Therefore, we are very excited to announce that hubFS is moving to FPish.

FPish is built on F# and is one of the largest web applications running purely with F# code.  This strong foundation in F# makes for a platform that is ready to respond to the needs of the community.  FPish has many of the features of the current hubFS, but also provides for F# related events, F# course registration, F# webcasts and the list goes on.

hubFS focused on providing forums for discussions in many topics.  This content has been migrated to FPish.  As of today, we are locking down the forums at hubFS and asking users to start using hubFS on FPish.  You can find hubFS on FPish at

To continue posting on hubFS on FPish you should re-activate your HubFS username by entering your hubFS email at

Those hubFS users that have posted at least one item have had their userId migrated so as to reserve that userId.  For security reasons, no password information has been migrated.

Once we see that users are comfortable with the move, we will enable the hubFS domains to point directly at FPish so that all content will have the original hubFS domain in the address.  We will also migrate any remaining posts that were not moved since the original migration began.
