Google Visualization is the only open extension that provides a data grid. However there is SlickGrid, which is available as a premium extension.

How do I download SlickGrid for WebSharper, and is there any sample for it?

You can get a subscription to the insider program on the support page. We haven't yet removed the content related to WebSharper 2.X licensing from there, but you can already choose various Insider plans in the bottom of the page to subscribe to.

I just subscribed to the insider program, but where can I download SlickGrid for WebSharper?

Replied on another thread, ping me if you are still having trouble accessing the insider binaries.

I can access it now. But only found UI.Next, and this is the only one in there. Where can I find SlickGrid?

Thanks

I have done the following (as detailed on the WebSharper account summary page):

  1. Downloaded the latest VSIX from the WebSharper downloads page, and installed it into my Visual Studio.
  2. Set up a new Nuget source for the insider feed using Nuget.exe by running the command that I copy-pasted from the account page. I used a simple shell to do that.
  3. Restarted Visual Studio, went to Tools/Nuget Package Manager/Package Manager Settings/Package Sources, and confirmed that the newly added source was added there successfully. It was.
  4. Started a new WebSharper project (Client-Server Application), right-clicked the project in Solution Explorer, and selected Manage NuGet Packages...
  5. Selected the insider feed under Online, searched for WebSharper, and found 21 packages, including WebSharper.SlickGrid.
  6. Clicked on Install, and accepted the license terms dialog.

At this point, I had an empty project that compiled with the SlickGrid extension. Hope this helps.

I can see the package now, but when I tried to install it I got a 503 error. My PC is behind a firewall, can that be the cause of this?

That may very well be caused by your firewall. Can you send the full stack trace to the support email address?
