I don't see anything concerning the VSIX installation. Do you get an error or something that is not shown?
I have installed WebSharp project templates this way to my VS2015 Community version, right? Well, but I cannot find Websharper templates, to create new Websharper project, not am able to open for instance any of your projects on github, for instance websharper.ui.next-master, solution is opened but none of websharper projects is loaded.
So my question is how to start a web project using websharper?

Our projects use our own build system so that's probably why you cannot open it in VS. You don't need
the templates to open projects. Do a build from the command line in the root of a project and after it built
you should be able to open the .sln.
As for why you don't see the templates: in the video I have not seen if the installer were run at all. First time you install it you should get a dialog box asking you which VS versions you want to install the templates for, or if you have already installed the latest version of templates you should get an error that they are already installed. I did not see that in your video so I'm not sure the VSIX was run at all. Try to install it from command prompt as per this SO answer.
Thank you very much, István. So the installation was never executed, I have just used VSIXInstaller.exe and templates appeared in VS.
The project templates can be installed via the VSIX file we have on our download page. The issue you mentioned was about file templates not showing up in web projects.

Is there a way how to install WebSharper project templates to VS Community 2015?
I tried:

but no projects templates, and am not able to open any websharp project from github.
