Piglets would be a lot more flexible, so I'd go with WebSharper.Forms (aka. reactive piglets, used to be called WebSharper.UI.Next.Piglets). The repo with a sample is here.

What is WebSharper.Forms current state? I can see from nuget that it is in alpha. Is it safe to use it in prod?
