Hi,

about WebSharper 4.0 release:

  • There are a couple more planned optimizations/enhancements that would most probably break metadata+JS output compatibility, so we will probably have a couple more beta releases until finalizing.
  • C# 7 and F# 4.1 will have some new features that would help making WebSharper APIs easier to use from C# (implicit conversions for F# types, C# pattern matching). WebSharper still have a lot of F#-oriented functionality which has no C#-friendly overloads defined, these will probably make using these less ugly. So stable release will possibly happen after Visual Studio 15 (and C# 7) release.
  • We are also planning more tutorials+documentation to be available for release.
